The Software Engineering (AI Concentration) Consultant will collaborate with product teams and clients to design and develop software applications, apply AI technologies, and deliver iterative solutions while receiving mentorship from experienced software engineering, product development, and consulting professionals.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with team members to design and develop software applications
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs
- Utilize an Agile approach for iterative product delivery
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs
- Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes
- You will gain proficiency and hands-on experience with a range of our key technologies: (previous experience is not required)
- Back-end: C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, Python
- Front-end: JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, VueJS, HTML5, CSS3
- Mobile: Swift, Kotlin
- Database: SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Cloud: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud
- AI Experience: LLM integration, prompt engineering, agent-based systems, RAG pipelines, AI-enabled development workflows

- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.)
- Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Science (AI Concentration preferred)
