About this role
MKS Inc. is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to support the development of a next-generation controller platform for RF and DC Power Generators. The role involves porting application, firmware, and web design code across platforms while using C++, VHDL, MATLAB, Python, Bash, and Node.js.
What you'll do:
- Working with team developing the next generator platform for RF and DC Power Generators
- Port application code from older platform to newer platform using c++
- Port firmware code from older platform to newer platform using vivado ip integrator, matlab simulink/hdl coder and VHDL
- Port Web design code from older platform to newer platform using node.js
- Working with python and bash scripting languages
- Travel Requirements: Up to 0 % of Travel is required

- Current 3rd or 4th Year Engineering Student
- Familiarity with C++ programming language
- Familiarity with VHDL
- Familiarity with Matlab
- Familiarity with Python
- Familiarity with node.js
