2027 Spring/Summer Software Engineering Co-op Opportunities

The Vanguard Group, Inc. is a digital-first company that invests in technology to support its business goals. The company is seeking motivated co-op students for six-month positions on full-stack teams, where they will gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful projects as application, mobile, or data engineers.

What you'll do:

• Join full stack teams that will deliver business outcomes rapidly
• Working alongside talented engineers and contributing to impactful projects from day one

What they're looking for:

• Must be able to start in January and end in June/July. No exceptions
• Must be able to work hybrid model (Monday and Friday option to work from home, Tuesday - Thursday onsite)
• Pursuing a degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience
• 0–3 years of developer experience
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good analysis and problem-solving skills
