2027 Summer Intern: Accounts Payable - Corporate

Spectrum is a telecommunications company offering connectivity, entertainment, and related services. The Accounts Payable Intern will support card program activities, audit travel and expense reports, and learn accounts payable, transaction accounting, wireless, and ECM processes while participating in professional development and networking activities.

What you'll do:

• Assist in processing credit card applications, credit card limit increases, auditing travel and expense processes, and review of mileage submission
• They will also learn other aspects of accounts payable / transaction accounting such as new vendor setup, help desk, invoice processing, payments, unclaimed property, special projects, wireless, and ECM processes

What they're looking for:

• Must be a rising junior or rising senior with an expected graduation date between of May 2028 to May 2029
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Being a good communicator and general understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
