About this role

Spectrum is a telecommunications company providing connectivity and communications services. The 2027 summer intern will support Digital Services and Customer Experience projects by reviewing requirements, assessing feasibility, documenting customer journey experiences, and coordinating technical handoffs with development teams.

What you'll do:

  • Work with the development team and fully take over customer experience projects when communications are ready to be handed off to the development team
  • Review and work with the scope, project details, requirements, journey maps, and experiences provide by the journey owners to determine feasibility, vet recommendations, and validate technical needs for the work that goes into development
  • Work jointly with the journey owners on creating documentation about requirements and experiences for the customer journey
  • Lead the integration with the development team and all interactions while helping ensure the technical aspects of the communications are ready to hand off so development work can begin

What they're looking for:

  • * You're a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university: + Business Administration or related field
  • * Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
  • * Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
  • * Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • * Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • * Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
  • * Analytical skills
  • * Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
  • * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
