2027 Summer Intern: Associate Data Analyst​ (Customer Operations)

Spectrum is a telecommunications company providing connectivity, entertainment, and communication services. The Associate Data Analyst Intern will support customer operations by researching escalations, managing customer resolutions, analyzing trends, and applying data and AI/ML research methods to address reliability issues.

What you'll do:

• Reduce duration/intensity of customer reliability issues
• Assist with escalation research
• Own customer resolution through compliance checks and internal department escalation for resolution
• Identify trends using data and AI/ML research methods

What they're looking for:

• **This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.**
• * Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• * Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• * Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• * Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• * Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• * Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
• * Analytical skills
• * Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access'
