2027 Summer Intern: Associate Ops Readiness Analyst​ (Customer Operations)

Spectrum is a telecommunications and connectivity company serving residential and business customers through the Spectrum brand. The Associate Ops Readiness Analyst Intern will support Customer Service Operations by identifying automation and alignment opportunities, contributing to process improvement and standardization initiatives, gathering business requirements, and facilitating collaboration across functional groups.

What you'll do:

• Identifying and developing automation and alignment opportunities within back office solutions
• Providing direct support to process improvement and standardization initiatives within Customer Service Operations
• Working with business users to understand requirements and expectations
• Facilitating interactions among different functional groups within the organization

What they're looking for:

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently
• Analytical skills
• Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
