2027 Summer Intern: Associate QA Analyst​ (Customer Operations)

Spectrum is a telecommunications company offering connectivity and entertainment services. The company is seeking a 2027 Summer Associate QA Analyst Intern to learn billing systems and testing tools, assist with functional testing, develop and execute test plans, and document and help resolve problems.

What you'll do:

• Learn the billing system and all tools used for testing
• Assisting the team with functional testing in the billing system
• Developing and executing formal test plans
• Documenting all problems and assisting in their resolution

What they're looking for:

• You're a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university: + Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field
• Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027
• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
• Analytical skills
• Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
