2027 Summer Intern: Billing Analyst​ (Customer Operations)

Spectrum is a telecommunications and connectivity company serving customers and communities nationwide. The Billing Analyst intern will support customer operations by resolving billing issues, implementing enhancements to the billing platform, and coordinating with peer and vendor teams.

What you'll do:

• Assisting the customer service team by providing solutions to customer issues using billing operations tools
• Implementing guardrails for new enhancements to the billing platform
• Handling complex billing related issues
• Coordinating with peer teams and application vendor teams

What they're looking for:

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• Analytical skills
• Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
• Project and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate well with others: self-motivated to drive results
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
