2027 Summer Intern: Billing Assurance Analyst​ (Customer Operations)

Spectrum is a telecommunications company providing connectivity and entertainment services through its Spectrum brand. The Billing Assurance Analyst intern will support customer billing assurance by developing reports, analyzing billing systems, and helping implement solutions related to third-party billing systems and operational support processes.

What you'll do:

• Developing reports to identify billing imbalances impacting customers
• Providing technical support and assist in developing and implementing solutions related to 3rd party billing systems
• Analyze billings systems for ongoing performance improvements
• Provide support for mass adjustment, reporting, interfaces, security, environments, outage, and trouble ticketing

• * Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• * Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• * Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• * Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• * Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

• * Ability to collaborate well with others: self-motivated to drive results
• * Proficiency in SQL and Python
