2027 Summer Intern: Billing Solutions Analyst​ (Customer Operations)

Spectrum is a telecommunications company providing connectivity and communications services. The Billing Solutions Analyst Intern will configure and deploy tax and collection settings, query and analyze database information, and assess business partner operations for improvement opportunities.

What you'll do:

• Configure and deploy tax and collection settings in the CSG Billing Application
• Performing queries on relevant databases and interpreting and analyzing data to support solutions
• Assisting in analyzing business partner’s operations to understand opportunities for improvement

What they're looking for:

• You're a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university: + Information Technology, Computer Science
• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• Analytical skills
• Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
• Project and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate well with others: self-motivated to drive results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
