2027 Summer Intern, BS/MS, Scenes

Waymo is an autonomous driving technology company developing the Waymo Driver for fully autonomous transportation. The 2027 Summer Intern will launch features that improve driving behavior and work with onboard engineers to integrate and validate large machine learning models in real-time production systems.

What you'll do:

• Launch features that directly improve Waymo's driving behavior in highly dynamic and challenging environments
• Work closely with onboard engineers to apply latest techniques to integrate and validate large ML models in real-time production systems

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience withC++ and Python
• Strong understanding of data structures and problem solving skills
• Experience applying machine learning to solve computer vision, motion planning or related robotics problems
• Experience with Data structures, algorithms, etc
• Experience using Machine Learning core concepts
