2027 Summer Intern: Business Analyst (Customer Operations)

Spectrum is a telecommunications and connectivity company offering communication, entertainment, and related services. The Business Analyst intern will support customer growth through data analysis and quality improvements, while engaging with business units to understand processes, document requirements, and draft process design documents.

What you'll do:

• Data analysis to support customer growth through addressing quality improvements
• Engaging with business units to understand processes, document requirements, and draft process design documents

What they're looking for:

• **This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.**
• * Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• * Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• * Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• * Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• * Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• * Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently
• * Analytical skills
• * Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
