2027 Summer Intern - Business Analyst - Johnson City, TN

Textron, through its Bell subsidiary, develops innovative aviation and aerospace solutions. The Business Analyst Intern will support manufacturing and aircraft creation through data analysis, operations collaboration, cross-functional process exposure, and business operations projects.

What you'll do:

• Responsibilities may include working on a combination of projects conducting data analysis and interfacing with operations leaders
• Developing a strong business operations foundation and acquire leadership skills with cross-functional process knowledge
• Experience professional growth in a challenging environment and establish a network of peers and mentors

What they're looking for:

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Operations, Industrial Engineering, IT, Business or Supply Chain required
• Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience
• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1– August 6, 2027
• 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred
• Ability to take direction
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communications/interpersonal skills
