2027 Summer Intern: Data Analyst​

Spectrum is a telecommunications and connectivity company serving customers and communities nationwide. The Data Analyst Intern will support customer reliability and resolution initiatives, conduct escalation research, and identify trends using data and AI/ML research methods while participating in professional development and networking activities.

What you'll do:

• Reduce duration/intensity of customer reliability issues
• Assist with escalation research
• Own customer resolution through compliance checks and internal department escalation for resolution
• Identify trends using data and AI/ML research methods

What they're looking for:

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Analytical skills
• Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access'
