2027 Summer Intern - HR Operations

Westinghouse Electric Company provides safe, clean, and efficient nuclear energy solutions. The HR Operations Intern will support the HR Operations team with administrative tasks, policy research, procedure updates, employee inquiries, investigations, and reports during a summer internship.

What you'll do:

• Work with US HR Operations team to evaluate and update desktop procedures
• Research HR best practices and contribute to the development of these guidelines
• Help with employee inquiries by researching policies and providing information to employees and managers
• Provide administrative support to HR team members to support investigations
• Prepare reports and presentations

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline·
• Complete Sophomore year of college
• Prior internship or work experience in HR
