2027 Summer Intern: Human Resources

Spectrum, the connectivity and communications brand of Charter Communications, is seeking a Human Resources intern to gain practical experience in the telecommunications industry. The intern will support Corporate HR processes, programs, initiatives, and designated client groups while participating in professional development, networking, mentorship, and cross-functional internship activities.

What you'll do:

• Assist with the day-to-day coordination of Human Resources processes, programs and initiatives
• Provide comprehensive HR support, directly or indirectly to a designated client group

What they're looking for:

• This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
• You're a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher seeking a currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university: Human Resources, I/OPsychology
• Must be a Master's student with an expected graduation date of May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Master's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• Coursework in Human ResourceManagement
• Prior HR Internship is a plus
• Analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
