2027 Summer Intern - Human Resources – Fort Worth, TX

Textron, through its Bell subsidiary, provides aviation products and solutions and offers interns hands-on experience, mentorship, and meaningful project work. The Human Resources Intern will support HR policies and programs, assist with various HR functions, participate in recruiting, ensure regulatory compliance, and help promote a high-performance workplace culture.

What you'll do:

• Administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs
• Assist management in the decision-making process of different human resources functions: organization, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee development opportunities, employee orientation and training, etc
• Active participation in recruiting and selection processes
• Assuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assuring an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce

What they're looking for:

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or closely related required
• Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience
• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1-August 6, 2027
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with management and employees
• Exchange information clearly and concisely to present ideas, report facts, and other information
• Work conscientiously both autonomously and within a team environment
• 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred
