2027 Summer Intern: Ops Readiness Analyst​ (Customer Operations)

Spectrum is a telecommunications company providing connectivity, entertainment, and related services. The Ops Readiness Analyst Intern will support Customer Service Operations through automation, process improvement, requirements gathering, and cross-functional coordination.

What you'll do:

• Identifying and developing automation and alignment opportunities within back office solutions
• Providing direct support to process improvement and standardization initiatives within Customer Service Operations
• Working with business users to understand requirements and expectations
• Facilitating interactions among different functional groups within the organization

What they're looking for:

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently
• Analytical skills
• Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
