2027 Summer Intern: QA Analyst (Customer Operations)

Spectrum is a telecommunications company providing connectivity and entertainment products and services. The QA Analyst intern will support software quality initiatives by developing test automation frameworks, executing formal test plans, and conducting quality audits across IT functions.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for Web and Desktop applications using open-source technologies like Java, Playwright, Selenium, Python
• Developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications
• Performing quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures, and methodologies are being followed

What they're looking for:

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
• Analytical skills
• Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
