2027 Summer Intern - Wealth Management

Equitable is a financial services company focused on helping clients secure their financial well-being. The Summer Intern will support Wealth Management initiatives through research, analysis, strategic project work, and collaboration across business functions. The role will also involve exploring AI and digital tools, evaluating advisor and client-facing programs, and developing executive-ready presentations and recommendations.

What you'll do:

• Support Wealth Management initiatives focused on advisor effectiveness and client experience through research, analysis, and project work
• Partner with teams across Digital, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology to support platform enhancements, reporting, and business priorities
• Explore emerging AI and digital tools to improve productivity, decision making, and efficiency for financial professionals
• Evaluate advisor and client facing programs to strengthen engagement and drive results
• Develop executive ready presentations and recommendations that help inform decision making and showcase your contributions throughout the internship

What they're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (rising junior or senior preferred)
• Interest in Wealth Management, financial services, technology, and business strategy
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
• Curiosity & Continuous Learning: Demonstrates initiative, asks thoughtful questions, and seeks opportunities to expand knowledge and improve processes
• Analytical & Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate information, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations that support business objectives
• Organization & Execution: Manages multiple priorities, meets deadlines, and delivers high quality work with strong attention to detail
• Communication: Ability to clearly communicate ideas and findings through written, verbal, and presentation-based formats
