The 2027 Summer Internship supports the Global Supply Chain and Repair organization through supply chain analytics, operational data analysis, process optimization, reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and special projects.

What you'll do:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze operational datasets to identify trends, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decisions
  • Process Optimization: Assist in reviewing and improving existing workflows to drive operational efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain and update reports, trackers, and visual dashboards to provide visibility on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with internal and external partners to address day-to-day operational needs and support ongoing initiatives
  • Special Projects: Execute a designated individual or team project, presenting actionable recommendations and findings to leadership
  • Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
  • Increase technology knowledge and skills
  • Develop team-based work proficiencies
  • Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities

What they're looking for:

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in **Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Management, Supply Chain Operations or similar**
  • Must have an anticipated graduation date between **May 2027 - December 2029**
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Practical or academic project experience developing interactive dashboards and automated reports using Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint & demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. advanced formulas, XLookup, VLookup, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, basic data modeling)
  • Prior internship, university research, or capstone project experience analyzing operational datasets to solve real-world business challenges (e.g., freight/duty optimization, safety stock modeling, or on-time delivery analysis)
  • Ability to translate complex quantitative data into actionable business narratives and present insights to managers and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma principles
  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
