The Human Resources summer intern will gain hands-on experience through projects across areas such as talent acquisition, employer branding, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR analytics.

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students)
• Rising juniors and seniors preferred
• Preferred Degrees: Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or similar
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Self-starter attitude
• Analytical mindset with curiosity to review metrics
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
