2027 Summer Investment Analyst Internship – Real Estate Development & Multifamily Investments

RRS Group is a well-established company specializing in real estate development and related services. They are offering a Summer Investment Analyst Internship that provides students with hands-on experience in real estate investment and multifamily housing development, assisting with the evaluation of investment opportunities and gaining exposure to various aspects of the investment lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Analyze potential apartment complex acquisition and development opportunities
• Assist in financial underwriting and investment modeling for multifamily projects
• Conduct market research on rental trends, occupancy rates, demographics, and competitive properties
• Evaluate project feasibility, development costs, and projected investment returns
• Support due diligence activities for acquisitions and development projects
• Prepare investment presentations, financial reports, and market analyses
• Monitor project performance against budgets, schedules, and investment objectives
• Collaborate with development, construction, finance, and operations teams throughout the investment lifecycle
• Assist in portfolio analysis and asset performance reporting

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or Engineering
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 required
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze financial and market data to support investment decisions
• Coursework in Real Estate Finance, Investments, Economics, Accounting, or Urban Development
• Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation methodologies
• Understanding of multifamily real estate investment concepts
• Experience with Argus, CoStar, Yardi, or similar real estate platforms is a plus
• Demonstrated interest in real estate development and investment management
