2027 Summer Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst Intern (Remote)

Constellation is a leading private-sector power producer focused on clean and reliable energy. The company is seeking a Summer 2027 Organizational Change Management Analyst Intern to support project-based work and gain hands-on experience working independently under an assigned supervisor.

What you'll do:

• Interns will work on specific projects designed to help them gain real-world, hands-on experience working independently under an assigned supervisor

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, English, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
• Minimum GPA: 2.8 Cumulative / 3.0 Major
• A track record of outstanding academic performance
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
• You must have the ability to lawfully work in the United States without a need for current or future visa sponsorship
