The Role
The Emerging Leader Program is an 18-month rotational experience designed to provide Liberal Arts undergraduate students with meaningful exposure to strategic business functions, while accelerating their professional development.

Qualifications
Students graduating in Spring 2027, available to start in July 2027
Bachelor of Arts required (dual majors considered; at least one major must be a BA)
Strong academic performance
Proven leadership experience through internships, co-ops, student organizations, volunteer work, study abroad, and/or athletics
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
