About this role
Kraft Heinz is a global food company with a delicious heritage, and they are seeking ambitious individuals for their Operations Internship Program. This 10-week leadership development program will allow interns to work on projects that enhance operations and contribute to the company's supply chain and procurement efforts.
What you'll do:
- Interns will hone their understanding of our business and industry, collaborate across the business to grow our iconic brands, and learn how to build their own legacy here at Kraft Heinz
- Operations Interns are placed on one of several teams noted below and work alongside business partners to identify opportunities and deliver improvement projects that strengthen day-to-day operations
- Throughout the program, interns focus on enhancing ways of working, improving core processes, supporting digital and systems evolution, and contributing to commercialization and overall supply chain performance
- Interns will take ownership of a defined project from scoping through execution, gathering data, analyzing current-state performance, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and helping implement practical recommendations
- Progress is shared through regular check-ins and updates, and the experience culminates in an end-of-program presentation summarizing outcomes, impact, and key learnings
