26.11.V2.Junior Full Stack (React/NestJS) Developer

WebCreek is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to build and support modern enterprise applications using React and NestJS. The role focuses on frontend and backend development, backend architecture, data processing, application security, troubleshooting, and production reliability.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React and NestJS
• Build backend services, APIs, and application logic that support data processing and computing workloads
• Work with MongoDB, Redis, OIDC-based security, and queueing systems as part of the application architecture
• Participate in technical discussions and help define practical solutions with the development team
• Troubleshoot production issues and support applications across frontend, backend, database, and deployment layers
• Take ownership of assigned features and issues from development through production support
• Collaborate with technical leads, developers, and business stakeholders to turn requirements into reliable technical solutions
• Contribute to system quality, performance, scalability, maintainability, and operational reliability

What they're looking for:

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience building full stack applications with React and NestJS
• Strong backend development skills, especially with APIs, services, data processing, and computing workloads
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
• Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies
• Experience with authentication and authorization concepts, including OpenID Connect (OIDC) or similar protocols
• Experience with queueing systems, asynchronous processing, or event-driven backend workflows
• Experience deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting applications in production environments
• Ability to take ownership, propose solutions, and follow through without needing constant direction
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in technical and architectural discussions
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn, adapt, and jump in when issues arise
