27 Studio - Demand Management Marketing Intern

Plante Moran is an audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management firm. The Demand Management Marketing Intern will support marketing campaign coordination, project workflows, tracking, process improvement, and collaboration across marketing functions.

What you'll do:

• Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and projects by partnering with internal teams and external vendors to help ensure work is completed on time and aligned with business objectives
• Assist with managing project workflows, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and project status within the team's project management tools
• Help plan and coordinate project kickoffs, status meetings, and other campaign-related activities
• Monitor project milestones and deadlines, identifying risks and helping keep projects on track
• Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency across the marketing organization
• Assist with campaign tracking and attribution efforts, including UTM creation and link management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to multiple marketing disciplines and functions

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0
• Demonstrated interest in marketing operations, project management, campaign management, or process improvement
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in how marketing campaigns are planned, executed, tracked, and measured
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and their application in marketing
