30133 - Dealership Accountant I

Lithia & Driveway hires a Dealership Accountant I to support dealership accounting operations. The role processes contracts, vehicle transactions, payments, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting in an on-site office environment.

What you'll do:

• Submission of Service Contracts
• Submission of Warranty Contracts
• New car purchases and Dealer trades
• Record used car purchases
• Request and process lien payoffs
• Process cash receipts
• Regional check runs
• Process and payment of vendor invoices
• FTC reconciliation
• Accounting for manufacturer monies (parts, warranty, incentives, misc)
• Post to Intercompany accounts
• Other responsibilities as assigned

What they're looking for:

• 1+ year Accounting experience- familiar with COA, debits and credits
• Entry to mid-level Microsoft Excel
• High School Diploma (required)
• 1+ years of Auto Industry Experience
• Retail Sales or Customer Service
• High School graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older required
