3334 RCM Business Analyst

Center For Sight is hiring an RCM Business Analyst to improve operational efficiency and financial performance across revenue cycle management operations. The role supports process improvement, data analysis, workflow automation, training, and project management for RCM transformation initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Identifying areas for improvement in RCM processes, implementing changes, and monitoring their impact. Evaluate critical process opportunities for improvement and propose tangible solutions to prevent recurring errors
• Gathering operational and workflow requirements to document, implement and monitor workflow processes. Identification of root cause(s) of workflow/process incident management
• Developing, proposing, and organizing initiatives related to RCM process improvement
• Creation of designed and approved processes, enhancement of the automation of the technical workflows, and providing monitoring/stabilization of current business processes
• Continuous review of RCM workflows and processes
• Creating and maintaining documentation like protocols and process maps and communicating effectively with stakeholders
• Document detailed technical design for workflow automation, end-user documentation, and job aids
• Training in new processes and protocols
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with leadership
• Analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in the RCM process
• Running and analyzing reporting as needed
• Monitoring new workflows and processes to ensure success

• Healthcare revenue cycle experience (minimum of 1 year)
