About this role
BA/BS in technical/engineering field or equivalent experience; 5+ years in facilities or contracting; 3+ years with building management systems; 1+ year installing AV; familiarity with Distech Controls, Niagara, EC-Net 4, Q-SYS, AutoCAD, CMMS, Microsoft Office; strong verbal and writing skills.
