ABA Recruiter in Person 11565

Achievement Behavior Services is a LCSW- and BCBA-owned agency connecting ABA services to children with autism and their families across New York and New Jersey. The ABA Recruiter will recruit and hire qualified ABA professionals, source and evaluate candidates, maintain relationships with talent pipelines, and support an efficient recruitment experience.

What you'll do:

• Identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' qualifications and fit for our company culture
• Developing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, and other organizations to identify potential candidates
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience
• Collaborating with our hiring team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
• Source and screen candidates through various channels
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

What they're looking for:

• 1 year of experience in recruitment or ABA related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ABA services and autism spectrum disorder
• Candidate must be willing and able to commute to 341 Trinity Place, Malverne, NY 11565 for a full time Monday-Friday 9-5 work schedule
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
