About this role
Magnet Media, Inc. is a creative studio that helps brands connect with audiences through video production, podcasts, and social media content. They are seeking an Account Management Intern who will support the client services team with various projects, gaining hands-on experience in video production and client management.
What you'll do:
- Support the Client Service team in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, briefs, and status updates
- Maintain organized client records, including approvals, creative rounds, and timelines via Basecamp or Google Suite
- Assist with reporting documentation
- Support production shoots
What they're looking for:
- Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in an accredited college or university, and in good standing
- Coursework related to creative media
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- HIGHLY organized and able to work collaboratively
- Experience working within MS Office, Google Suite, and Basecamp
