Account Receivable Specialist

Bizerba is seeking an Account Receivable Specialist to support freight documentation, invoice processing, and financial recordkeeping. The role involves verifying shipment and freight information, processing customer invoices, maintaining files, and coordinating documentation for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

What you'll do:

• Generate and review the TOTALogistix Freight Report and ensure all required shipping documentation is complete
• Verify freight charges, shipment quantities, and supporting documentation for accuracy
• Copy, scan, distribute, and maintain freight documentation for Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
• Organize, reconcile, and maintain shipping black jackets and account files
• Audit job records against Label Traxx and process customer invoices
• Enter invoices into Ariba and ensure accurate and timely processing
• Prepare, organize, and maintain files for daily operations and completed jobs

What they're looking for:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail, data-entry accuracy, and ability to review and reconcile invoices, freight charges, and supporting documentation
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with the ability to manage physical and electronic files
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to handle confidential business and financial information appropriately
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, invoicing, accounting, shipping, logistics, or a related environment preferred
• Experience with ERP, invoicing, or logistics systems preferred; Label Traxx, Ariba, or TOTALogistix experience is a plus
