Accountant 1

The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center is hiring an Accountant 1 for the Fiscal Services Department within the UNM Comprehensive Cancer Center. The role supports faculty and staff and works with restricted and non-restricted accounts.

What you'll do:

• Work with both restricted and non-restricted accounts
• This position works with and supports multiple faculty and staff members within the UNM Cancer Center

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree and successful completion of at least 9 credit hours of university-level accounting through intermediate accounting; no previous experience required
• Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis
• Experience with: ·         Banner ·         MyReports ·         Excel ·         Workday Adaptive
