Job Description
PURPOSE:
Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly financial reports for the Grafton plant. Review and process daily invoicing and cost changes. Prepare Journal entries and account reconciliations. Assist with SOX testing and reporting, forecasting, planning, and project analysis.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Reporting of financial results: Prepare Daily / weekly / monthly P&L as needed, both internal and WG Division reports. Prepare weekly charts, RG reports, other ad hoc reports.
- Review and process daily invoicing, ensuring proper revenue recognition and GAAP compliance.
- Review all Standard Cost Changes.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, load required information to Blackline.
- Perform SOX tests and review / load SOX data to Archer
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS. Accounting or Finance mandatory.
- 1-2 years business experience.
SPECIAL SKILLS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge and Understanding of Standard Costing System.
- Experience in using mid to large size ERP Systems.
- Exposure to SOX in a public company environment
- Exposure to modern manufacturing tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc).
