Accountant

Trilogy LLC is an oil and gas service provider supporting operations across multiple regions. The company is seeking a full-time Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll-related activities, and tax and audit requests.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with monthly and year-end close
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
• Review general ledger activity and research discrepancies
• Assist with fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, and inventory
• Support payroll and payroll-related reconciliations
• Assist with financial statement preparation and management reporting
• Support sales tax, 1099s, audit, and year-end tax requests
• Work with A/P, A/R, and operations to ensure accurate financial records

What they're looking for:

• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Accounting degree or relevant accounting experience preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is a plus
• Oil & gas/service industry experience is a plus
