Accounting Associate

Nongshim America, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Associate to support its accounting department. The role involves compiling and reporting accounting data, managing accounts receivable and payable, completing monthly closings, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and enforcing financial controls.

What you'll do:

• Working with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report accounting data
• Account Receivables / Account Payables
• Monthly Closing
• Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports to senior leadership and Korea headquarters
• Using bookkeeping software, SAP, and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate
• Ensuring that company bills are paid
• Implementing and enforcing financial and inventory controls
• Staying current on company, local, state, and federal financial regulations, and policies
• Other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
• Ability to communicate effectively in English required
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or Equivalent Experience Preferred
• 0~3 years' experience in the Accounting field preferred
• Korean language skills preferred
