As an Accounting Clerk (Finance Coordinator), you play a critical role in supporting the financial success of group and catering business. Behind every great event is a foundation of accurate billing, timely deposits, and seamless financial coordination—and that’s where you come in.

If you’re detail-driven, process-oriented, and take pride in getting the numbers right, this role is your stage.

 

🎯 Your Mission

Ensure accurate financial management of group and catering accounts, including deposits, billing, and reconciliation—supporting both operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

 

🎸 What You’ll Do

Financial Accuracy & Reconciliation

Reconcile deposits, event postings, and group room accounts with precision
Ensure all billing for groups and events is accurate and completed in a timely manner

Account Management & Visibility

Track incoming deposits, open accounts, and pending adjustments
Maintain clear visibility into financial activity related to events and group business

Collaboration & Problem Solving

Partner with Sales, Catering, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally
Support cross-department communication to ensure financial alignment

Process & Support

Uphold accounting standards and internal processes
Assist with ongoing financial operations and reporting as needed

Have 1–2 years of hospitality, accounting, or finance experience
Are skilled in Excel and comfortable learning new systems
