Accounting/ Finance Intern, Summer 2027, PA

PPL Corporation is an investor-owned utility company providing regulated energy services and advancing a smarter, more reliable, and cleaner energy grid. The Accounting/Finance Intern will perform and coordinate treasury and accounting duties, including invoice processing, expense report auditing, and payment reviews, while contributing to departmental goals.

What you'll do:

• Processing invoices
• Auditing employee expense reports
• Payment reviews
• Performs other duties as directed or assigned

What they're looking for:

• Enrolled in school full time (at least 12 credit hours/semester) pursuing a bachelor's degree with a declared major in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Must have a basic understanding of financial and accounting theory / principles
• Must possess strong computer skills and be proficient with Excel spreadsheets
• Good communication skills are a must, both written and verbal
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Word is desired
