Accounting Intern

Ohio's Electric Cooperatives is seeking an Accounting Student Intern for the Summer of 2027. The intern will support accounts payable and receivable, internal audit projects, records retention, annual audit preparation, and financial analysis.

What you'll do:

• Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables duties related to invoices and expense reports
• Complete various internal audit projects to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist with records retention projects
• Assist with preparation of schedules and work papers for the annual audit of the companies
• Prepare financial analysis, as directed
• Performs other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Preference will be given to candidates in their sophomore, junior or senior year in college
