Accounting Intern Spring 2027

Air Systems Maintenance, Inc. (ASM) is a commercial HVAC maintenance, service, and contracting company. The Accounting Intern will support accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial recordkeeping, accounting documentation, and special projects while gaining practical experience in accounting and finance.

What you'll do:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assist with maintaining accounting documentation and records
• Support the Accounting team with special projects and process improvements
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Eligible to receive college/university academic credit
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information professionally
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the Accounting team
