Accounting Intern - Summer 2027

AMBA is seeking an Accounting Intern for Summer 2027 to support its accounting team. The intern will record and reconcile financial transactions, assist with accounts payable and receivable, maintain accounting records, prepare financial reports, and support month-end and year-end close activities.

What you'll do:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Enter and maintain financial transactions in accounting systems
• Prepare account reconciliations and assist with resolving discrepancies
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and organize financial reports and supporting documentation
• Other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• • Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year of college with at least a 3.00 GPA
• • Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area of study
• • Be a self-starter with the ability to learn new concepts quickly
• • Exhibits analytical and problem-solving skills
• • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
• • These positions are required to be in-office, so candidates must have reliable transportation
• • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
• • Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read
