Accounting Internship - Summer 2027

Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Summer 2027 accounting intern to gain hands-on experience with its accounting teams and contribute to accounting processes and projects. The intern will also participate in shorter rotations with other Finance areas to learn how accounting works alongside other finance functions.

What you'll do:

• Prepare reporting deliverables as requested by Management
• Participate in the monthly closing process by:
• Preparing journal entries
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
• Support and participate in special projects and initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Current student with a minimum of two years of college completed, with coursework in accounting and/or finance
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, guidance and regulations
• Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and solutions verbally and in writing
• Intermediate computer and technology skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
