Accounting Internship (Summer '27) Chicagoland Locations

Enterprise Mobility is offering a paid Summer 2027 Accounting Internship within its Business Management Training program. The role provides hands-on exposure to financial management, accounting procedures, and support for accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and administrative tasks.

What you'll do:

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments
• Assist accounting managers with reports, etc
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash
• Assist in accounting schedules & filing
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

What they're looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelors degree program in Accounting
• With a graduation date of May 2028 or sooner
• Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping preferred
