Accounting Inventory Administrator

Vaden Automotive is hiring an Inventory Administrator for its Accounting Department. The role supports accurate vehicle inventory records and transactions across multiple locations, including wholesale activity, dealer trades, and intercompany transactions.

What you'll do:

• Managing wholesale vehicle transactions
• Maintaining new car inventory records
• Coordinating dealer trades
• Processing intercompany transactions
• Recording used car purchases
• Jumping in on other inventory-related projects that help keep the dealership running like a well-oiled machine

What they're looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills
• Comfortable working in Excel and other office programs
• Team player with great communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some experience in automotive accounting
• You've used dealership management systems (DMS) before
