ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST - A SHIFT

JBS USA is a global provider of food products and food solutions. The Accounting Specialist will support accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, including invoicing, transfer orders, invoice tracking, coding, customer service, and filing. The role also requires accurate multitasking, communication, and proficiency with office and accounting systems.

What you'll do:

• AR Daily domestic & export invoicing
• Complete Transfer orders to 3rd parties
• 3rd party domestic and export invoicing
• AR GVA invoicing (sister plant)
• AP invoice tracking & coding
• AP customer service (internal & external)
• Filing and recall of invoices as needed
• Other duties assigned

What they're looking for:

• General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, & the ability to multi-task are required
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Weekend availability is required
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong Attention to detail
• Recommended 6 Months office experience
