About this role
NTIP is an Intellectual Property Law Firm in Tucson seeking an Accounting Specialist. The role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations, generating invoices, and assisting with accounts receivables and payables.
What you'll do:
- Work together and report to the Senior Accountant, Accounting Associate, Business Analyst, and Director of Operations
- Support day to day accounting operations of the legal services
- Generate and send all invoices to clients
- Assist with Account receivables
- Assist with Account payables
- Assist with Bookkeeping
- Communicate with clients re Overdue
- Ability to understand legal jargon and legal description of scope of work done by the law firm
What they're looking for:
- Must be very organized, detail oriented, and accurate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- College Transcript with minimum of GPA 3.5 required
- Prefer accounting experience with Quickbooks, LEDES, and Google Sheet
- College degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred
