Accounts Payable

International Autos Group is a family-owned and operated group of automobile dealerships. The Accounts Payable role manages vendor payments and invoices, maintains financial and vendor records, manages tax forms, and assists with month-end reconciliation.

What you'll do:

• Manages outgoing vendor payments accurately and on time
• Processes all incoming invoices
• Maintains accurate financial records
• Maintains accurate vendor records
• Maintain W9 and appropriate tax forms
• Assist in month end reconciliation

What they're looking for:

• At least 1 year experience of accounts payable
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
